Technical Support (US)

 

Position Description:

 

The Technical Support Specialist provides expertise to support end users, distributors, and commercial teams via telephone and email. Our products will serve critical markets such as biotechnology, pharmaceutical, biochemistry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

* troubleshoot applications, and solve new problems such as custom services, product validation, etc.

* Handle leads from the web and recommend the most cost effective products & solutions.

* Expand our internal and external knowledge base solutions library.

* Collect data and share current market and customer trends with our Marketing and R&D teams for next generation products and continual improvement.

* Liaise with Quality teams to quickly identify defects, resolve issues, and assist root cause investigations as needed.

 

Preferred Education/Experience:

 

* BS/BA in Biology, Chemistry or related science.

* Basic computer skills.

* Creative problem solving, good listening skills, organization, time management.

* Excellent oral and written communication.

* Ability to work independently and lead in a team environment.
