Position Description:

The Product Manager is an advanced and knowledgeable technical expert responsible for developing specific marketing plans for products within the organization. They oversee the global management and monitoring of the assigned product line and the financial performance. They develop, monitor, communicate and execute product strategies and all aspects of portfolio management their assigned product lines.

The Product Manager's role is to define, develop, and drive the commercial strategy for their assigned product categories.  This is a central role that works cross-functionally with all global teams within the company. The main goals of Product Management are to drive high revenue growth of existing products and launch exciting new products that accelerate scientific discoveries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing several product categories within the Alpha Lifetech Inc.'s portfolio.

* Working cross-functionally with teams including R&D, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Distribution.

* Creating and executing a strategic plan for your assigned product categories that promotes brand awareness and high revenue growth.

* Develop strategic collaborations with customers that align with goals for your product categories and provide insight into customer needs.

* Develop or co-create content for emails, marketing pieces, brochures, flyers, blogs, articles, social media campaigns, and events.

* Act as a liaison between Alpha Lifetech's scientists, other internal teams, and customers.

* Monitor and analysis competitor activity and market trends.

Preferred Education/Experience:

* A PhD degree/Master degree in a biotech-related area.

* Basic computer skills.

Abilities:

* Must have excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Commercial experience preferred.

* Ability to travel internationally for meetings and conferences if needed.
